Three or four onions, slightly chopped.
½ tsp ground turmeric
Two tsp Kashmiri chili powder and toasted ground cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
One dried red chili broke
½ capsicum sliced and ¼ tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Two tsp lemon juice and one tomato, finely chopped
How to cook?
First of all, heat oil and saute onions.
Next, add ginger garlic paste & deep-fry well.
Add tomato and saute till they turn soft & sappy.
After this, add spice powder and salt.
Blend to smooth paste without adding any water and keep it aside.
Now, heat some oil.
Add dry red chili, ginger julienne, and cumin seeds.
After this, add thinly sliced onion & fry for approx. 1 minute.
Also, add sliced capsicum & keep on to saute.
Add prepared masala paste, tomato sauce and salt to taste.
